An energy performance certificate is required by law when marketing a property. This now applies to all properties as part of the Home Information Pack [HIP] with a few exceptions.

My background is over 25yrs with the Oil/Energy and Quality Management industries. My competencies allow me to draw on those skills and abilities built up over many years experience and to probe further, to produce accurate information required for Energy Performance Certificates.
